- 2. The spark machine should be placed in a place with less dust because the grinder, sandblasting machine and other equipment will produce metal particle dust, which is easy to accumulate on the circuit board and cause machine tool failure. The metal particle dust can also easily cause the spark machine screw and guide rail to wear.
- 3. The operating environment temperature should be controlled between 15-30°, and the humidity should not be higher than 75%. Finishing should try to ensure a constant temperature, and humidity is generally maintained at about 50%. In the absence of air conditioning, direct sunlight and air blowing should also be avoided.
- 4. When the spark machine is placed in an environment without acid and other chemically corrosive gases, the harsh gas environment will have a certain impact on the transmission mechanism of the machine tool.
- 5. Three-phase power supply 380V±10%, no neutral; grounding resistance <1Ω; and current protection power switch should not be shared with other equipment.
- 6. The installation site of spark machine tools should be equipped with fire safety equipment.
- 7. Electromagnetic interference may occur in the electrical processing system. Keep away from TV and radio as much as possible.
