Three methods to improve the stability of spark machining

  • First of all, from the processing area, first improve the processing stability of the spark machine, determine the appropriate current density, estimate the appropriate peak current, and select the appropriate pulse duration and pulse interval time.
  • Secondly, ensure timely and smooth removal of processed products; prevent short circuits and arc discharge caused by local "bridges", pay attention to the cleanliness of the working fluid, and replace the oil or paper core in time. (Especially machine tools that mix graphite and copper electrodes)
  • Finally, if there are some abnormal conditions before arcing occurs in the spark machine, such as whether there are abnormal conditions in the processing sound and color, check whether the display value is normal. If it is found to be unstable, or in the opposite direction, the product carbon is indicated, and if cleaning is performed in time, the electrode and workpiece will not be severely burned. However, if the monitoring is unfavorable, the time is too long. Once the short-circuit is drawn and the arc is short-circuited, the surface can be processed stably. At this time, the current and discharge sparks are dark red, the sound becomes dull, white smoke is emitted, and the graphite electrode will also drop slag. The inspection should be stopped and carefully cleaned.

3) We recommend to start from few pcs prototypes for approval at the beginning. If nothing wrong after customer’s test and approval, then we proceed to volume cnc manufacturing.
Some Tips for Customers
a. We accept Paypal payment of small amount payment for samples or small batch orders for building mutual trust at the beginning. General payment terms is 30% by wire transfer, and balance before shipping.
b. Delivery time for few pcs samples are generally 5 to 7 days, and 15 to 25 days for volume production. If the order quantity was too big, we would check and confirm delivery time sepertely.

Safe Packing Methods to Prevent Goods from Damage during Transportation
