The spark machine is mainly used for processing some metal materials, and many things are used for parts with extremely complicated shapes. Of course, its automaticity obviously reduces the work intensity of the operator and thus improves work efficiency.
In addition, the automatic positioning, measurement and other features of the spark machine make it more widely used. Then, what parameters need to be debugged during use?
Each spark machine has its own model and parameters, but many spark machine parameters are described in the following.
- 1. The current generated during discharge will increase the surface roughness of the object as the current increases. Therefore, the magnitude of the current is also extremely important. Under normal conditions, the copper current does not exceed 5A / MM2.
- 2. Discharge gap. Generally speaking, the discharge gap of a single-axis machine tool is smaller than that of a three-axis machine tool, because the single-axis machine tool does not shake, and the three-axis machine tool shakes, which we should pay special attention to. Otherwise, the efficiency of a multi-axis machine tool may not be as fast as that of a single-axis machine.
- 3. The discharge time, theoretically, the longer the time, the better the efficiency, but it is prone to carbon deposition.
- 4. Slag discharge time. Generally called pulse interval, it is used together with pulse width. Different brands have different collocations. The specific needs to be shown in the manual.
- 5. Voltage, some brands have high voltage and low voltage options. Under normal circumstances, when the current is large, low voltage is used, and when the current is less than or equal to 1A, high voltage can be considered.
- 6. Other parameters, when the discharge state is not good, the abnormal discharge detection can be adjusted.
